Ages:
Our primary focus are children ages birth to 10 years.
We are able to see children outside of this range on a case by case basis.

We see clients in their home or daycare setting in East Wake (Zebulon & Wendell), Nash, & Franklin Counties.

Insurance
We currently accept North Carolina Medicaid standard and tailored plans
Private Pay
We accept all major credit cards
Pricing
We are currently in-network with all North Carolina Mediciad policies.
Prviate pay is always an option for those who we are out-of-network with, those who do not have insurance, or those who insurance says speech therapy is not deemed "medically necessary." If we are out-of-network, we can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
We offer a "prompt pay discount" for private pay clients and insurance. To qualify for this discount, payment needs to be made at the time of service. Please contact us at celina@highlandhorizontherapy.com or 919-375-8300 for prompt pay rates.
